Seller Terms and Conditions

Invoices are sent monthly or at the conclusion of marketing. Seller or Belles in Boots Productions, LLC may end marketing relationship at any time with notice given. Billing will conclude at the end of the week in which notice is given. Invoices paid by credit card may incur a processing fee.

Seller agrees to provide accurate information for all horses to be marketed by Belles in Boots Productions, LLC (BinB). BinB provides marketing services only for Sellers. BinB accepts no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions. BinB provides no warranties, implied or otherwise. Seller shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BinBP, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all third party claims, liabilities, losses, expenses, damages, judgments, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: Seller’s negligent, reckless, or intentionally wrongful act or omission of Seller or its officers, employees, or agents related to the marketing of horses by BinB. 

All Sellers accepting marketing by BinB are bound by the above terms and conditions.
